Flexible PTO

We all need time to rest and enjoy ourselves outside of work. With our flexible PTO policy, you can take as much leave as you need.

Sabbaticals

Being constantly “on” causes burnout. All full-time Stackers are eligible for a 4-week sabbatical after 8 years of service.

401(k) contributions

We believe it’s important to invest in your future. When you sign up for a 401(k) retirement plan, we’ll match your contributions by up to 5%.
